Welcome to Augmego, a WebGL experience that brings people together in creative, immersive ways. By accessing or using Augmego, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Augmego is a WebGL-based virtual world platform that allows users to create, explore, and interact in immersive 3D environments. Our service includes but is not limited to:

• Virtual world creation and exploration tools
• User-generated content creation and sharing
• Social interaction features
• Premium subscription services
• Third-party integrations and APIs

3. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Use Augmego for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users in any way
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with the app's normal operation, including attempting to hack, overload, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities
• Upload, post, or distribute content that is:
• Offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate
• Illegal or violates the rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our service
• Use automated systems to access our service without permission
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

4. Account Registration and Security

13. Limitation of Liability

• Emotional distress

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
