Terms of Use
These terms are a baseline for using Augmego, including its social, family-safety, world-building, and live-media features. By accessing the site or game, you agree to use the service responsibly and understand that these terms may be updated as the product grows.
Use of the Service
You may use Augmego for personal, non-abusive play. You agree not to interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the game in a way that harms other players or the platform.
Accounts and Content
You are responsible for activity connected to your account and for any content you upload, including avatar assets. Content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, or abusive may be removed.
Friends and Live Communication
Do not use friend invitations or requests, display names, voice, video, worlds, or other social features to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or expose another person. Microphone and camera sharing are optional. You are responsible for choosing appropriate privacy settings and for respecting another player's blocks, limits, and requests to stop contact.
Managed Accounts
A registered player may voluntarily link their account to one registered guardian. The guardian can limit social and media capabilities, approve friendships when that option is enabled, and remove the managed account from the family. Managed players can choose settings that are more restrictive than the guardian's limits but cannot broaden them. Augmego does not collect a birth date as part of this voluntary linking flow.
Reports and Enforcement
Players may block or report other players. Augmego administrators may review reports and restrict social features, live media, or multiplayer access. Reports do not automatically result in a penalty. Attempts to evade or interfere with safety restrictions may lead to additional action.
Availability
Augmego is provided on an evolving basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed, especially while the product is still being actively developed.
